Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an accomplished AVP, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities across technology, processes, data and governance.

You will own the procurement technology portfolio, end-to-end process strategy, analytics, and integration enablement across sourcing, contracting and supplier management. The role requires translating business needs into scalable solutions, driving adoption, and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Operations, Procurement Technology or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated leadership for enterprise-scale transformation and portfolio management.
• Strong product-management and governance capabilities; ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and define end-to-end lifecycle governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio strategy, roadmap and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end Procurement process ownership including standards, controls and execution.
• Build an analytics and insights function to turn data into decision-ready views.
• Lead M&A diligence, integration enablement and provider governance.
• Govern the transformation portfolio and drive executive-level communication and outcomes.
