Job summary

FedEx Office in Plano, TX is seeking a Procurement Analyst III to manage purchase requisitions, analyze PO data for GL accuracy, and support SOX/compliance. This hybrid role requires collaboration with Real Estate, Accounting, Sourcing, and Vendors to streamline processes and improve controls.

The successful candidate will lead training, maintain procedures, modify PeopleSoft queries, and develop test data for system enhancements while upholding FedEx Office standards and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing experience preferred.
• Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel skills including vLookups, macros, and pivot tables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications; Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to email requests and process submissions per SLAs.
• Create manual purchase orders and force ship files for capital/expense items.
• Comply with capital expenditure policy and guidelines.
• Perform Vendor Self Invoicing tasks and resolve PO/Invoice price match issues.
• Maintain and archive records of submission requests.
