Job summary
International Motors in Lisle, Illinois is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Team, supporting Sustaining and Advanced Engineering programs. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance and suppliers globally to identify supplier solutions and drive cost competitiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree as stated, with related purchasing/procurement emphasis.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience in purchasing/procurement is required, varies by degree.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering and Category Management to support new product development.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and develop sourcing recommendations to optimize quality, delivery, and total cost.
- Negotiate commercial agreements including piece price, tooling, packaging, and supplier investments.
- Participate in cross-functional program reviews and collaborate to solve supply chain challenges.
- Present sourcing strategies and recommendations to leadership teams.
