Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience.
• Experience in engineering, technical services or manufacturing procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for engineering and technical services.
• Lead competitive sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFPs and negotiations.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs and rate cards; manage supplier performance and relationships.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and cost avoidance for engineering programs.
