Job summary

International Motors, LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking a Sourcing and Readiness Analyst to support New Product Launch programs. You will partner with Engineering, Category Management, suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize timing, total cost, quality and supplier readiness for direct material categories.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, leading negotiations on cost elements, managing supplier implementation plans, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience.
• At least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Category Management Teams (CMT) and Engineering throughout New Product Development programs.
• Develop and execute sourcing decisions aligned with International’s business objectives and CMT strategies.
• Lead negotiations for key cost elements, including piece price, tooling, and packaging.
• Participate in program Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and address cost and tooling outliers.
• Develop and present sourcing nomination strategies, including financial analysis focused on optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Identify and resolve Parts Without Contract (PUR) issues that could impact program timing and unit line setting.
