DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Purchasing Analyst for a growing manufacturing organization in Libertyville, IL. You will support direct material sourcing, manage supplier performance, and lead negotiations across electronic components, plastics, metals, and mechanical parts.

This hybrid role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure material availability and cost savings while enabling new product introductions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in purchasing, procurement or sourcing in manufacturing.
• Experience with direct materials and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
• ERP/MRP experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Epicor or Infor.

• Manage sourcing for direct materials supporting manufacturing operations.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, lead times, and contracts.
• Support supplier onboarding and qualification activities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations on production schedules.
• Analyze market trends and supplier risks to guide sourcing strategies.
• Process purchase orders and maintain supplier communications.
