Job summary

Pike Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Procore Project Administrator to oversee enterprise‑level administration, configuration and governance of the Procore platform across the fixed‑price project portfolio. This role works with PMO, Operations and IT to ensure projects are set up correctly and supported from pre‑construction through closeout.

Based on-site in Charlotte, NC, the senior contributor role requires hands‑on Procore experience and construction project management knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, PMO, or construction technology, including 2+ years administering Procore
• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
• Procore admin: hands‑on experience configuring permissions, roles, workflows and integrations
• Familiarity with construction project management and governance practices
• Certifications such as Procore Administrator, PMP/CAPM, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Procore company and project level configuration, standards and templates
• Handle user provisioning, permission templates and role assignments
• Review elevated Procore permission requests and enforce least privilege
• Configure change-order and cost-change workflows and Oracle integration
• Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot complex Procore issues
• Create projects and standard baselines for PMs to start from
• Provide onboarding, training and hypercare for PMs and Operations
• Monitor Procore reporting and suggest process improvements
