Job summary

Pike Enterprises, LLC seeks a senior Procore Project Administrator to manage enterprise-level Procore configuration across fixed-price projects. You will collaborate with PMO, Operations, and IT to ensure correct setup, governance, and support from pre-construction to closeout, on-site in Charlotte, NC reporting to the Director of PMO.

The role requires hands-on Procore administration, strong project management knowledge, and governance discipline to enforce standards and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, PMO, or construction technology, including 2+ years administering Procore
• Procore admin: hands-on configuration, permissions, roles, workflows at enterprise level
• Familiar with construction project management; experience in power delivery/electric utility construction preferred
• Certifications such as Procore Certification (Administrator), PMP or CAPM, Lean or Six Sigma
• Governance: enforce standards while partnering with field-based PMs and Operations

Responsibilities

• Configure Procore company and project-level settings, standards, and templates across Pike entities
• Manage users, permission templates, and project roles; provision/deprovision access and maintain accuracy
• Review elevated Procore permission requests and ensure least-privilege access
• Create projects with child/intercompany setups and assign correct roles at setup
• Configure change-order and cost-change workflows; hand PMs a ready-to-run setup
• Support onboarding, training, and hypercare for PMs and Operations
• Monitor Procore exception reporting and data quality for portfolio reporting
• Escalate issues and coordinate corrective action with Procore or IT
