Job summary

Southern Electric Corporation, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with Procore to lead complex electrical construction projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and field coordination with multiple stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry).
• Procore experience (administration, workflows, reporting, and project tools).
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee daily project operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, and workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates, maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
