Job summary

Nscale is hiring a hands-on Procore Functional Lead to drive Procore’s design and operation for our data-centre construction and capital projects. You will transition Procore from external integrators and become the internal go-to expert on how it should work today and as we scale.

Your mandate is to make Procore the reliable system of record, integrated with NetSuite for cost control and with Foundry for portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Procore experience with full-cycle implementations or major rollouts.
Strong construction and capital project fundamentals across commitments, change management, RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.
Experience integrating Procore with ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and document management/scheduling platforms.
Experience in data centre, infrastructure, or capital-intensive build environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements through testing and implementation.
Configure Procore across Project Management, Financial Management, Quality and Safety, and Resource Management.
Manage integrations with NetSuite, document management, scheduling tools, and Foundry.
Handle user management, project setup templates, and permission models.
