Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a senior Procore Project Administrator to manage enterprise-level administration, configuration, and governance of the Procore platform across the fixed-price project portfolio. This on-site role in Charlotte, NC partners with PMO, Operations and IT to ensure correct setup, governance, and support from pre-construction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Procore administration experience, strong project management background in construction, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management, PMO, or construction technology, including 2+ years administering Procore
• Procore admin: hands-on experience configuring permissions, roles, workflows, tools, and integrations at the company/enterprise level
• Familiarity with fixed-price construction project controls: budgets, change orders, and prime contracts
• Process-oriented with relevant certifications such as Procore Certification (Administrator), PMP or CAPM

Responsibilities

• Manage Procore company and project-level configuration, standards, and templates across Pike entities
• Manage users, permission templates, and project roles per access standards; provision/deprovision access
• Review and approve elevated Procore permissions requests
• Maintain separation of responsibilities between Project Managers and other admin roles
• Configure tools, custom fields, and workflows including change-order and cost-change approvals
• Troubleshoot Procore configuration, permissions, workflows, and data issues
• Document root cause and coordinate corrective action; escalate defects as needed
• Create projects (including child/intercompany) and assign required project roles at setup
• Edit/lock/unlock budgets and safeguard baseline budgets
• Configure change-order and cost-change workflows per project
• Support onboarding, training, and hypercare for PMs and Operations
• Translate releases into adoption-ready guidance
• Monitor Procore exception reporting and data accuracy for portfolio reporting
