Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of PSM management responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA regulations and PSM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSM strategy, compliance, and process safety across locations.
• Coordinate third-party PSM audits and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop KPIs and drive safety training to build a culture of safety.
• Lead root cause analysis and preventive actions for ammonia incidents.
