Stratas Foods LLC is seeking a Senior Process Safety Analyst to lead the PSM and RMP program across multiple facilities, including Decatur, IL and Hillside, NJ. The role requires strong experience with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP, and involves developing, implementing, and auditing total process safety systems.

The position reports to the Environmental Manager, requires up to 25% travel, and offers a competitive yearly salary of USD 82,251 to 102,814 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in developing and auditing OSHA PSM and RMP programs in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of chemical engineering principles, practices, process design/build, and permitting issues.
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: CSP; Proficiency with PHA Pro or similar; EPA RMP*Comp and RMP* Esubmit; 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER; basic First Aid and CPR training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve Stratas Foods' total process safety management program.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and other applicable requirements; serve as company representative during regulatory interactions.
• Lead risk-based hazard identification, risk assessment, and control activities across facilities.
• Coordinate pressure vessel inspections and maintain mechanical integrity requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Critical Safety Device Program.
• Provide PSM/RMP training; oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with onsite teams; liaise with federal agencies as needed.
• Support contractor safety requirements and ensure qualification and training.
