Jobot is seeking a Process Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs at our plant. You will drive safety-first culture across operators, engineers, and leadership, ensuring reliable and compliant operations.

The role requires collaborating with plant leadership, conducting PHAs, managing MOC, and mentoring teams with a focus on risk mitigation and incident prevention. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in process safety, chemical manufacturing, or high-hazard industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.119 and EPA RMP compliance.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with plant leadership to align safety initiatives with operational goals.
• Own and maintain the plant's PSM program in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119.
• Own EPA RMP program and maintain compliance.
• Lead PHAs using HAZOP/What-If/FMEA/LOPA methodologies and drive risk mitigation.
• Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes and documentation.
• Oversee mechanical integrity programs for critical equipment.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training compliance.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and ensure audit readiness.
