Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, and risk assessments with thorough documentation and closure of actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PSM programs ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Mentor and develop PHA facilitators and cross‑functional teams.
• Perform safety evaluations of new and existing processes, equipment, and facilities for regulatory compliance.
• Investigate process safety incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits, training programs, and reporting of process safety performance to leadership.
