Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive EHS/Process Safety experience in high-hazard industries.
Experience managing OSHA PSM and EPA RMP processes; leading PHAs/HAZOP; and governing MOC programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of process safety programs and governance.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, NFPA, and related standards.
Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHA/HAZOP) and risk assessments across facilities.
Oversee Management of Change (MOC) processes and incident investigations.
Provide training and coaching on process safety to leadership and site teams.
