Responsibilities

• Facilitate executive workshops to define strategic objectives and transformation goals.
• Perform advanced data analysis and root-cause investigations to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop executive-level business cases with ROI, risk mitigation, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with leaders, IT, and operations to design and deploy future-state processes and digital solutions.
• Champion change management to drive adoption and cultural alignment.
• Establish enterprise process standards, governance, and continuous improvement best practices.
