JLG Industries, a global leader in access solutions, seeks a Senior/Principal Process Improvement Engineer to own end-to-end manufacturing improvements. You will lead complex process problems, design fixes, and sustain gains across multiple product lines with on-the-floor involvement.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, drive data-driven decisions, and mentor teams to reduce waste, improve yield, and increase throughput across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Uses structured problem solving to eliminate waste and variability.
• Drives Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma events like kaizen and value stream mapping.
• Leads cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex manufacturing and process issues using structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design, develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput and reliability.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects with clear business cases and measurable results.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor engineers and analysts in lean methodologies and problem solving.
