Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or a related discipline is required.
5+ years delivering projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Experience with large-scale capital projects ($10M+ budgets).
Strong financial and scheduling acumen, capable of developing estimates and managing budgets.
Willingness to travel ~10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup of process equipment for specialty ceramic and powder manufacturing.
Manage equipment packages through the full project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, performance validation).
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and ensure alignment with budget and milestones.
Create/review process layouts, equipment arrangements, and facility integration drawings (AutoCAD).
Evaluate equipment suppliers, review proposals, conduct bid evaluations, support purchasing decisions.
