• Plant process knowledge or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Previous internship experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and maintain schedules.
• Identify and address product quality or safety issues.
• Lead productivity efforts to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Create, update and publish manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Partner with material coordinators and production leadership to ensure material resourcing.
