Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA with 4+ years of experience OR MS/MA/MBA with 2+ years of experience OR 7+ years of related operational and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, train, and develop talent to ensure a high performing team within the specialty ceramics departments of the atomization business.
• Monitor and adjust operational functions to anticipate production issues and develop contingency actions.
• Develop, manage, and track annual and periodic production budgets and adjust as necessary.
• Ensure employee safety, product quality, manufacturing schedule and on-time delivery metrics.
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to address production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
