Job summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager – Process Piping to lead execution of industrial process-piping projects across Central Texas. You will oversee preconstruction through turnover, directing craft labor, field supervision, and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships in high-tech environments, with strong knowledge of welding, piping fabrication, and ASME

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
• 5+ years managing mechanical, process-piping, or specialty piping projects.
• Experience directing direct-hire craft labor, field supervision, and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of welding, piping fabrication, thermoplastic piping, and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for assigned process-piping projects.
• Develop and execute project construction plans, manpower, procurement, fabrication sequences, installation sequences, and turnover strategies.
• Coordinate field installation and shop fabrication activities to maximize productivity.
• Manage project staff, field supervision, subcontractors, and direct craft personnel across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, P&IDs, approved procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct routine field and fabrication-shop reviews to monitor safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and overall project performance.
