Job summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager – Process Piping to lead industrial process-piping projects in Central Texas. You will oversee planning, fabrication, field installation, testing, turnover, and closeout, with accountability for safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Texas Class A ACR license is required.
• 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
• 5+ years managing mechanical/process-piping projects.
• Experience leading direct-hire craft labor and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of piping fabrication, installation, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for process-piping projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop construction plans, manpower, procurement, fabrication, installation, and turnover sequences.
• Manage project staff, field supervision, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
• Coordinate shop and field fabrication for productivity and schedule.
• Maintain safety, quality, and client-alignment throughout project.
• Develop manpower-loaded schedules and cost-control plans.
