Job summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager – Process Piping to lead the execution of industrial process-piping projects throughout Central Texas. The role oversees planning, execution, budgeting, and turnover, with leadership across preconstruction, fabrication, field installation, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Texas Class A ACR contractor license required.
• 5+ years managing mechanical, process-piping, or specialty piping projects.
• Experience managing direct-hire craft organizations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and high-purity piping fabrication and installation.
• Working knowledge of ASME piping codes and industry construction standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Proficiency with project-management, scheduling, cost-control, BIM, and document-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned process-piping projects.
• Manage project execution from planning through fabrication, installation, testing, turnover, and closeout.
• Develop construction plans, manpower strategies, procurement plans, fabrication sequences, installation sequences, and turnover strategies.
• Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and craft personnel across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate field installation and shop fabrication activities to maximize productivity and schedule performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and client requirements.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance through field and shop reviews.
• Identify constraints, risks, and opportunities and drive timely resolution.
