Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
• 8+ years in process improvement, business analysis, and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and cross-functional alignment to improve operational efficiency.
• Document current processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and shape long-term roadmaps.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives with material business impact across departments.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop process measurement models and track KPIs/KRIs.
• Analyze data to measure performance and identify opportunities for digitization and improvement.
• Ensure process controls meet regulatory requirements and are documented.
