Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate complex business needs into technology solutions and lead enterprise‑wide software initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, drive Agile practices, and own the SDLC from requirements through implementation and support.

You will collaborate with product owners, create user stories, and mentor teams while delivering high‑quality system solutions that improve efficiency and performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise‑wide software solutions by reviewing, analyzing, and creating detailed documentation of business unit needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to implement technical business processes.
• Drive efficient and effective joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions in addition to stakeholder review meetings.
• Provide high‑quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify software functional gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners to create product backlog by using Agile practices.
• Create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
• Lead or participate with the implementation of complex projects as technical subject matter expert from beginning to completion.
