Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Project Analyst to translate complex initiatives into clear procedures, training, and communications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-user adoption and compliance across Retail, Branch, and MSCC.

The role reports to the Sr Manager - Retail Delivery and Experience and is based in a hybrid setting in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Experience translating complex projects into clear procedures and training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate overall project impacts on end-user and outline mitigation tactics.
• Create procedures for new implementations affecting Retail teams, Branch and MSCC.
• Plan target dates and prepare communications for Retail at implementation time.
• Work with Learning and Development to create training content outlines.
• Coordinate with Internal Communications for enterprise project updates.
• Track action items, deliverables, and status across multiple projects.
