Job summary

Boyd Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of Business Process Optimization to lead end-to-end process improvement across transactional and corporate functions. You will diagnose inefficiencies, reimagine workflows, and drive adoption with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years driving process improvement and transformation across corporate functions.
• Experience with enterprise-wide process standards or operating models.
• Hands-on automation experience with AI agents, RPA, or process mining.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end Boyd processes and quantify current-state inefficiencies.
• Reimagine processes aligned to value streams and standardize before automation.
• Lead change management, secure funding, and ensure adoption across sites.
• Partner with data and AI teams to scale proven capabilities across Eaton/Boyd.
