Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton seeks a senior process improvement leader to map end-to-end transactions at the site level, identify inefficiencies, and redesign for value. You will drive pilots and secure adoption, applying Lean Six Sigma and Eaton principles across the organization.

You will leverage DMAIC/DFSS, RPA and AI agents to deliver measurable improvements and help establish enterprise process standards and scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in process improvement and transformation across corporate functions.
• Mastery of DMAIC/DFSS with measurable results.
• Black Belt (required) / Master Black Belt preferred; capable coach.
• Strong analytical, data, and baseline-building skills.
• Fluent in value-stream mapping and SIPOC techniques.
• Experience setting enterprise standards or operating models.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end processes at site and desk level to quantify time and costs.
• Redesign processes around outcomes; align to Eaton value streams.
• Lead change campaigns with leaders; secure funding and adoption.
• Run pilots and capture learnings; scale proven capabilities.
