Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Process Optimization professional to lead cross-functional initiatives within PBM operations. You will drive customer-focused service delivery, improve quality and efficiency, and partner with senior leaders to implement sustainable improvements.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Lean Six Sigma certification or 8+ years of applying process improvement, and strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or 8+ years applying process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using diverse methodologies.
• Analyze and measure current processes; design sustainable future-state solutions.
• Document current-state processes and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and drive impact.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop work instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
