Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years health care or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy for complex business transformational priority.
• Provide directional oversight for execution of complex business cases to assess feasibility, risks and ROI.
• Lead activation of strategic guidance on initiatives for effective implementation and results.
• Perform detailed data analysis of processes, workflows, and staffing to drive initiatives.
