Express Scripts is seeking a Process Improvement Senior Advisor to lead cross-functional optimization initiatives in a remote setting across PBM operations. You will partner with senior leaders, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or 8+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform data analysis and support recommendations.
• Proven critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities in complex challenges.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement initiatives using best practices and various methodologies.
• Analyze and measure current processes; design sustainable future-state solutions.
