Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant – Insurance Consulting (Retirement & Pension) to lead retirement and pension engagements, transform client business and operating models, and partner with leadership to deliver value-driven projects. You will guide teams, ensure quality deliverables, and contribute to growth through business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in retirement and pension industry.
• Hands-on experience with DC/DB, annuities, NQDC, COLI, or pension risk transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver retirement and pension consulting engagements across strategy and operating models.
• Plan, scope, and execute projects while managing engagement economics.
• Build trusted relationships with retirement and pension clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development including upsell opportunities and RFI/RFPs.
