Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Consultant, Process Optimization & Agentic Operations to advance process improvement across retirement recordkeeping and related service delivery. The role partners with leaders to balance customer experience with feasibility and change management in a remote U.S. setting.

You will diagnose current workflows, design future-state solutions, and drive value realization through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting roles.
• Experience in retirement operations and recordkeeping is essential.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record in leading operational improvement initiatives from assessment to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in automation, workflow transformation, or AI initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Consultant, Process Optimization & Agentic Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive process improvement initiatives across operations, with a strong focus on retirement recordkeeping and related service delivery. The consultant will diagnose current-state workflows, identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency, and help design future-state solutions that create measurable business value. The position will partner closely with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and organizational change.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
