Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day of multiple business processes and drive improvements.
• Collect, analyze and report process data to leadership.
• Resolve complex problems and escalate when needed.
• Maintain formal process documents and create reports (presentations, business cases).
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and participate in change control forums.
• Provide training to internal customers on processes.
• May perform processes or parts of processes as needed.
