Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Integrity to investigate advanced problems across refining, midstream, and renewables. You’ll design tests, analyze data, and translate findings into implementable recommendations affecting reliability and performance.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to technical reports, and apply advanced diagnostic methods and AI tools to improve processes and standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific or engineering field.
• 6+ years of applied technical troubleshooting experience.
• 3+ years in refinery/petrochemical process chemistry or corrosion/fouling/failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex problems; translate results into practical unit-level recommendations.
• Lead troubleshooting projects across sites, balancing priorities and risk.
• Provide expert technical advice on corrosion, fouling, and product quality issues.
