Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of semiconductor process experience.
• Strong statistical analysis skills using industry tools (e.g., JUMP, Spotfire).
• Strong technical communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• 14nm product ownership for multiple customers.
• BKM spread and implementation across processes.
• Inline, ET and yield trend monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Excursion action follow up and coordinating customer meeting outcomes.
