• 2+ years of semiconductor process experience.
• Strong statistical analysis using JUMP or Spotfire.

Responsibilities

• 14nm product ownership for multiple customers.
• BKM spread and implementation.
• Inline, ET and yield trend monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Excursion action follow up and customer meeting action items.
