Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Senior Specialist, Process Improvement to join the Authorization Services Process Improvement team. You will collaborate with business and technical colleagues to represent department needs in company-wide strategic programs and resolve business-process challenges across the organization.

You will report to the Manager, Process Improvements. This remote role is open to candidates in Dallas, Texas, with future potential for hybrid hub-office presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting end-to-end project management and process improvement projects.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and identify deficiencies.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
• 2+ years of experience presenting information to Senior Leadership.
• Experience leading and working with teams to gain agreement on decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks with leadership support and resolve issues through investigation to inform insights for tech-enabled processes.
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels.
• Strategize with leadership to reduce costs or improve outcomes.
• Support change management and risk mitigation programs with cross-team collaboration.
• Translate data analyses into clear, actionable insights for decisions.
