Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Process Improvement to join the Authorization Services Process Improvement team in Tempe, AZ. You will collect and document requirements, manage project plans, and analyze data to drive scalable process improvements across the organization.

The role reports to the Manager, Process Improvements and requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office per week. The base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,005 per year, with benefits, unlimited vacation, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting end-to-end project management and process improvement projects.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and identify deficiencies and develop recommendations.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
• 2+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
• Experience leading and coordinating team decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and resolve issues to inform insights for technology-enabled processes and solutions.
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels.
• Strategize arrangements to lower costs or improve outcomes.
• Support change management and risk mitigation programs.
• Translate data into synthesized, visual insights and conclusions.
• Provide analytical support to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
