Oscar Health in New York City is seeking a Manager, Process Improvement to join the Operational Excellence Team. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to identify and solve operational challenges.

You will map processes, define requirements, reengineer workflows, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and related frameworks. Reporting to the Director, Process Improvement, this hybrid role requires three in-office days weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in health insurance operations
• 4+ years of health insurance operations claims processing, utilization management, or call center ops
• 3+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up operating procedures
• 3+ years with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher

Aufgaben

• Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges with insurance operations leaders
• Support frictionless value delivery to members and providers
• Lead continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma and best practices
• Provide context via PRDs, process maps, SOPs, and policy documents
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to improve processes
• Apply programmatic frameworks and tools and measure outcomes across projects
• Ensure foundational stability and scalability within responsibilities
• Drive standardized organizational processes and engagement models
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle other duties as assigned
