Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
• 4+ years in health insurance operations, claims processing, utilization management, or call center ops.
• 3+ years using data software such as Excel/SQL/Python.
• 3+ years end-to-end project management.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up standard operating procedures.
• 3+ years of Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Up to 10% monthly bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support frictionless value delivery to members and providers.
• Provide direction and demonstrate measurable results from improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other best-practice tools.
• Collaborate across functions to enable value delivery.
• Lead improvement programs across multiple projects.
• Create stability and scalability within your area.
• Document processes with PRDs and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
