Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Process Improvement Director to lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles. The ideal candidate has Black Belt or equivalent experience and can identify opportunities, develop best practices, and drive measurable outcomes across the organization.

The role requires in-office presence 3 days per week with remote flexibility, working within a hybrid layout. Travel to worksites and other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience or equivalent background.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma background with Black Belt or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement across the enterprise.
• Develop and implement best practices and metrics to track performance.
• Serve as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and project teams to implement changes.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
