Qualifications

• Strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement across the enterprise
• Develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create metrics to track performance and goal achievement
• Serve as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead enterprise-wide projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Travel to worksites as necessary
