Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience.
• Certifications preferred: Six-Sigma - Green Belt (GB) - Black Belt (BB); PgMP (Preferred).
• Experience in business operations, business analysis, process designs/documentation, and enterprise systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with department leadership and project stakeholders to support successful execution of process improvement and operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Leads projects through scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and change management.
• Develops and maintains project documentation, work plans, and supporting materials to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Schedules and facilitates project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions with clear agendas and follow-up actions.
• Supports development and implementation of new workflows from process improvement efforts and organizational changes.
• Communicates progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
