Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan, is seeking a Manager, Business Process Engineering to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and optimize end-to-end processes at Minnetonka, MN. You will coach Kaizen events, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experiences.

This onsite role requires 7+ years in continuous improvement, PMP or Black Belt, and strong presentation and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 7+ years of related work experience beyond degree within continuous improvement, BPM, health plan operations, etc.
• Mastery over all Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools including, Kaizen events, A3, Kanban boards, 5 Whys, FMEA, Control Plans etc.
• Experience creating and implementing enterprise operating performance metrics and dashboards
• Strong presentation skills required
• Proven leadership ability across large cross functional teams required
• Continuous improvement and implementation experience required
• Health Plan/Payer and/or Healthcare operations experience required
