Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, prefer a Master's, and have 4+ years in Quality, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required and PMP/Black Belt as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvement opportunities across clinical, financial, administrative, operational, and human resources domains.
• Develop improvement plans and lead process improvement teams; ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with department leaders to implement initiatives driving measurable improvements.
