Qualifications

• Three or more years of process improvement experience, healthcare operations preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience in interacting with client staff and leadership in developing processes, frameworks, communications, training, and change management materials.
• Experience interacting with Project leadership to define goals, objectives, purpose, and executing on requirements.
• Direct experience with developing process models in MS Visio.
• Experience working as part of a team to achieve client-driven objectives and requirements.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and CMS reported metrics (HEDIS, PQRS, NHSN,...) a plus.
• Demonstrated desire to learn new skills and drive changes in a positive spirit of cooperation and collaboration
