Job summary
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement professional to drive enterprise-wide cost reduction and performance improvements. You will lead multi-function initiatives, supervise analysts, and develop ROI-based business cases aligned with strategic goals.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and change management is required, with strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to mentor Belt candidates and deploy best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years business process improvement or process redesign experience
- Healthcare background highly preferred
- Experience in a multi-divisional corporate environment desired
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient with MS Office and statistical software
Responsibilities
- Lead cost-reduction process improvement initiatives across functions
- Supervise business process analysts in project teams
- Develop and review ROI-based business cases for projects
- Coach Lean, Green Belt and Black Belt candidates
- Deploy common process-improvement solutions across divisions
