Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey seeks a seasoned Process Improvement Coach to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across divisions. You will coach Green/Black Belts, develop business cases using ROI models, and deploy standard solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in healthcare process redesign, strong data analysis with Minitab, and excellent communication for executive updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years business process improvement or process redesign experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and manage program risks and issues that impact progress.
  • Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop internal and external content for leadership presentations.
  • Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet targets.
